THROTTLE BODY INSPECTION [MZR 1.6]

Resistance Inspection

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [MZR 1.6].)

2.  Disconnect the throttle body connector.

3.  Measure the resistance between throttle body terminals A and B.

Throttle body resistance
0.3—100 ohms [20 °C {68 °F}]
•  If not as specified, replace the throttle body. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.6].)
