PID/DATA Monitor Inspection

Note

•  Because the BARO sensor is integrated in the PCM, replacing the BARO sensor includes replacement of the PCM.

1.  Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2.  Switch the ignition ON (engine off).

3.  Verify that the PID BARO value (barometric pressure) is within the specification. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [SKYACTIV-D 1.5].)

•  If not as verified, replace the PCM. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-D 1.5].)
