VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS CD PLAYER
• Clear the CD player DTCs.
(See CLEARING DTC [AUDIO].)
• Turn off the CD player to return it to normal temperature conditions.
• Perform a DTC inspection of the CD player.
(See DTC INSPECTION [AUDIO].)
• Is the same DTC displayed?

Yes

Replace the CD player, then go to the next step.
(See CD PLAYER REMOVAL.)

No
|
• CD player is normal. (Explain to the customer that the CD player malfunction was temporary due to continuous use of the CD player.)
• Go to the next step.
