WINDSHIELD WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Windshield Washer Hose A

1.  Slightly bend back the front under cover No.1. (See FRONT UNDER COVER No.1 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the front splash shield No.2 (RH). (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the front mudguard (RH). (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect windshield washer hose A from the washer motor.

5.  Remove windshield washer hose A from the washer tank hook. (See Windshield washer hose A installation note.)

6.  Pull out windshield washer hose A from area A of the washer tank.

7.  Remove windshield washer hose A from clips A and B.

8.  Disconnect windshield washer hose B from joint pipe A.

9.  Remove windshield washer hose A.

10.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Windshield washer hose A installation note

•  VIN: Except 3MZ

―  When installing windshield washer hose A to the washer tank hook, align the hook with the upper part of the white mark and install.

―  When installing windshield washer hose A to the washer tank hook, align the hook with the upper part of the gray mark and install.

Windshield Washer Hose B

L.H.D.

1.  Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade. (See WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disconnect the joint pipe A of the windshield washer hose. (See WINDSHIELD WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the cowl grille. (See COWL GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect windshield washer hose C from joint pipe B.

5.  Disconnect windshield washer hose B from joint pipe C.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

R.H.D.

2.  Disconnect the joint pipe A of the windshield washer hose. (See WINDSHIELD WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the cowl grille. (See COWL GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect windshield washer hoses C and D from joint pipe B.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
