DETERMINE IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS EXTERNAL DEVICE
• Switch the ignition off.
• After obtaining the customer's consent, replace with an external media that was not used when the malfunction occurred.
• Switch the ignition to ACC or ON (engine off or on).
• Select the AUX audio mode by operating the commander switch or the center display.
• Is sound from the AUX audio output?
Yes
System is normal. (Explain to the customer that the external device or internal data has a malfunction)
No
