•  Verify the "Active Driving Display" setting for the active driving display using the center display.
•  Is the setting ON?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Switch the setting to ON.

VISUALLY INSPECT COMBINER
•  Visually inspect around the combiner bearing for foreign matter penetration or dirt.
•  Is there foreign matter or dirt around the combiner bearing?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Remove foreign matter or dirt around the combiner bearing.

VISUALLY INSPECT ACTIVE DRIVING DISPLAY
•  Visually inspect the active driving display for damage.
•  Is the active driving display normal?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Replace the active driving display.

DETERMINE IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS ACTIVE DRIVING DISPLAY
•  Is the active driving display operating normally?
Yes
Note
•  By re-connecting the negative battery cable, the angle correction function for the combiner is implemented and the malfunction can be considered corrected.
Troubleshooting completed (explain the contents of the servicing to the customer).
No
Go to the next step.

INSPECT ACTIVE DRIVING DISPLAY
•  Inspect the active driving display.
•  Is the active driving display operating normally?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Replace the active driving display.

•  Is the active driving display operating normally?
Yes
Troubleshooting completed (explain the contents of the servicing to the customer).
No
Replace the instrument cluster.
